Best Presenter Awards
We are pleased to announce that three prizes (certificates)
will be awarded to the best presenters in each theme.
All presenters will be grouped into specific themes by the organizing committee.
Therefore, every oral and poster presenter is required to submit an abstract
of their project by June 30, 2025.
Abstracts for Conference Proceedings
In addition to abstracts submitted for presentations, we also accept abstracts for inclusion
in the conference proceedings, following the guidelines below:
Abstract Submission Guidelines
• Title: Centered, Tahoma, Bold, 12 pt
• Authors’ Names: Centered, Tahoma, 10 pt
• Content:
o Tahoma, 10 pt
o Maximum 350 words
For research abstracts, please include:
• Background
• Objective
• Methods (design, samples, tools, data collection, and data analysis)
• Results
• Conclusion
• Keywords in English (maximum 5 words)
• Authors’ affiliations (in English)
• Corresponding author’s email address
Abstract Submission Process
• For Presenters:
Only one presenter is allowed for 1 registration, for more than 1 presenter please register and pay for the registration separately
The registered name must be one of the research team members, in case the presenter is a different person from the one registered
Abstracts must be submitted through the registration system.
Once submitted, the organizing committee will review your abstract and notify you of acceptance within 5 days.
• For Conference Proceedings:
Abstracts should also be submitted through the registration system.
After submission, your abstract will undergo review (approx. 10 days).
You will receive reviewer comments and a review form. If revisions are requested, you will have 7 days to resubmit.
Important: If no corrections are submitted within this 7-day period, the abstract will be excluded from the proceedings.
Presentation Guidelines (Onsite & Online)
• Time: 10-minute presentation + 5-minute Q&A
• Submission: Presentation files should be uploaded via the registration system before 20th of July 2025, 23.59 (GMT+7)
Poster Guidelines
• Onsite Posters:
o Size: A0 (841 x 1189 mm)
o Please print and mount your poster on the provided board the day before or before 10:00 AM on the conference day
• Online Posters:
o Submit a video recording of yourself presenting your poster (maximum 10 minutes) via the registration system before 20th of July 2025, 23.59 (GMT+7)
